Our Very First Substack Post

Hello. I’m really bowled over by the number of people who have visited this page after we have only been going for 2 days. Hope you all come back after seeing that there was nothing to read (yet).

So, now there is something to read.

Fluoride Free Alliance UK has been going since 2018, but until the UK Government started sabre rattling in 2021 with the intention of making more people in England drink poisoned water, we were mere flies for the Establishment to swat away.

Things came to a head when the Government took over ALL responsibility and costs of water fluoridation from local authorities in 2022. Directors of Public Health (DsPH) assigned to County Councils together with the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) – a wing of the Department of Health and Social Care – collaborated and started to vigorously follow a policy which had never seen the light of day in Labour and Conservative Party manifestos. The policy appeared decades ago and has been an underlying theme of the Establishment.

The current mover and shaker has to be Dr Chris Whitty, the current Chief Medical officer for England. Whitty is registered with the General Medical Council as a medical doctor. As such, he ought to have more than a passing interest in, and adherence to the tenets of the NHS Constitution. Leading by example is always sound practice! But, there is little regard, if any, for the principle of “thou shalt allow your patients to refuse or accept treatment” – a stricture drilled into doctors who work for the NHS.

The sticking point is, of course (for those of us who have delved into the history of Water Fluoridation), that it is claimed that fluoridated water is not a medicine.
It is claimed by the DsPH that the practice is a “public health measure”. But that doesn’t address the small difficulty that their type of “measure” isn’t liquid. It’s an abstract concept. I can’t remember ever drinking an abstract concept!

So come on you clever DsPH and Whittys of this world, if it isn’t medicine, perhaps you would enlighten us “lesser mortals” what you consider fluoridated water to be.

I’m going to get legally technical now: fluoridated water matches the definition of medicine in our Medicines Act and in the retained Medicines Directive. A British Standard classifies the fluoridating agent (Hexafluorosilicic acid) as being a prophylactic (= preventative medicine, just like vaccines).

The fluoridating water companies all state that they fluoridate their treated water at the request of the health authorities. The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) masterminds the fluoridation programme. The National Health Service is in favour of fluoridation, having been fed the lies about the practice by the DHSC. The Chief Medical Officers are in favour of fluoridation because it is supposed to help us to remain healthy. Health interventions are either medicinal or treatment. This health intervention is promoted by medical practitioners. Fluoridated water can only be medicine.

I’ve lost count over the number of UK laws which can counteract this practice. So, it’s a case of travelling hopefully as we progress towards our legal Group Challenge of the Government and its Establishment. More about this in my next post.

I leave you with this intriguing thought: how can drinking fluoridated water improve our health when the practice of using hexafluorosilicic acid adds heavy metals and hydrofluoric acid to treated water? (BSEN 12175:2022, pp.7-8) They won’t kill us, or cause acute health problems in the short-term, but since tap water is consumed 24/7 over the course of a lifetime, a tipping point will eventually be reached when our bodies’ burden of toxins overwhelm our natural on-board defence mechanisms.

It’s ironic, by the way, that just as our Establishment is gearing up to expose more of us to these toxins, the MAHA movement in the States is gearing up to remove these toxins from the pharmacy shelves and water treatment works.
