The fluoridation of drinking water in England began in the 1950s. There have been several attempts to add fluoride in more areas since 2003. The current climate is more challenging, as politicians are trying to get the entire nation fluoridated. At Fluoride Free Alliance we are doing our utmost to stop that from happening.
FFAUK was set up in 2018 by Joy Warren, who is a former Executive Director of National Pure Water Association. Joy also started West Midlands Against Fluoridation and ran a successful website and fluoride analysis service.
